WbH will never be a compendium of theory and philosophical reviews.
WbH is not a couple of unproductive motivational quotes to put on your desk, a T-shirt, or a cup of tea. Forget about “Today will be a wonderful day”, “You’re great”, and that kind of stuff.
Here, you’ll always find serious (always having a lot of fun) things to put into action. Concrete actions to have a better life.
We’ll use philosophy and theoretical frameworks because they will help your brain understand why it does the recommended actions.
If you don’t find sense in what you’re doing, you’ll stop doing it, and you’ll fail.

WbH’s MENTAL MODEL
A mental model is just a theoretical framework, an explanation of how something works.
This mental model will help you understand the things we’ll start implementing.
"5+1" refers to the 5 fundamental pillars that define your life + 1 additional one (emotions) that influences all of them.
Habits
You’re nothing else than the sum of all the habits you practice consistently. The better your habits are, the better your life will be. We’ll learn how to create new good habits and consolidate them.
Time
Time is your best asset. The moment you learn how to manage it, it switches from enemy to ally. We’ll learn how to deal with time and take the best out of it.
Data
Your opinions, thoughts, and beliefs are nothing else but the information you consume and how you manage it. We’ll learn how to consume, process, and organize information to achieve the goals you’re pursuing.
Decisions
Your current situation is nothing more than the sum of all the decisions you’ve made. Learning how to make decisions will allow you to get where you decide. We’ll learn it together.
Relationships
We’re “social animals”. How you relate and with whom matters. It’ll open or close doors for you. Learning how to create positive, solid, lasting relationships is a skill we’ll learn and develop together.
Emotions
We're not robots. We're human beings. We got emotions. They affect all of our behaviors, how we perceive things, how we react to different stimuli. Emotions affect all of the other 5 pillars. We'll learn how to deal with them. Emotional intelligence will be a topic widely covered.
Time
